UAB Participating in the Episod Study
The Division of Gastroenterology/Hepatology is currently a participating site in the Episod studies, sponsored by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) and the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). The focus of the study is to evaluate predicting factor and intervention in the treatement of sphincter of oddi dysfunction (SOD).
